An attempted application of the power-series method to the
construction of bound states in the Woods-Saxon potential. Marred by
many misprints (especially serious when equations are misquoted)
and, what is worse, based on the wrong assumption (cf. the line
following eq. (8)) that the power series in question must terminate.
